Holly Little's love for real estate began with the purchase of her first home at the age of 24. After graduating from Boston College's Carroll School of Management with a BA in Marketing while playing basketball on a full athletic scholarship, Holly moved back to Cincinnati to start her career and be closer to family.
It was while purchasing a home in Hyde Park that she realized real estate was a career in which she could combine her business degree and training with what can be described as a passion for all aspects of real estate. She relates to and appreciates the positive aspects of working as a team to help people achieve their own personal real estate goals.
Athletic pursuits have even led to marriage and family for Holly. She met her husband, Dave, as each of them were training for the Honolulu Marathon. Several years and competitive races later, (including Ironman Lake Placid), they moved to Wyoming where it all began. Holly and Dave now have three children, Paige, 13, Piper, 12 and Porter, 10. All are surrounded by extended family and enjoy the same close-knit Wyoming community that Holly experienced growing up. Holly's athletic gifts have opened the doors to world-wide travel. She has even been inducted into five Athletic Halls of Fame. These experiences have instilled in her a breadth of experience and vision that is rare in our industry. Combining her competitive spirit, history of team building, and successful business experience have resulted in positive, rewarding outcomes for her clients. Whether working with a client, training for a race, or mentoring children, Holly brings her 'A' game.
